DPT cable

dpt

Application

DPT optical fiber cable is designed for suspension on overhead lines, on electrical transmission line towers, on electrical contact networks of railways. Also suitable for cabining in sewers, special pipes, in case of increased requirements for resistance to external electromagnetic influences, through ducts, conduits, collectors, tunnels and in buildings.

Cable design

  1. Central strength member – GRP rod.
  2. Optical fibers of different colors.
  3. Polymer tube filled with hydrophobic compound.
  4. Filler.
  5. Inner PE sheath.
  6. Aramid yarns.
  7. Outer PE sheath.

Inner free space of optical modules, fillers and armors is filled with hydrophobic compound.
