DA3 cable

da2

Application

DA3 optical fiber cable is designed for direct burial in soil (including frozen deformated soil), laying through rivers crossings, navigable rivers and deep-water lakes and reservoirs, bayous, ducts, conduits, collectors, tunnels, bridges and overpasses

Cable design

  1. Central strength member – GRP rod.
  2. Optical fibers of different colors.
  3. Filler (if necessary).
  4. PBT tube is filled by hydrophobic compound.
  5. Waterblocking tape.
  6. Aluminum tape with polymer coating.
  7. Inner PE sheath.
  8. Galvanized steel wire armoring, including high-strength wires with tensile load no less than 1670 MPa.
  9. Galvanized steel wire armoring, including high-strength wires with tensile load no less than 1670 MPa.
  1. Outer PE sheath.

Armouring free space is filled with waterblocking compound.
