Application
OP2 optical fiber cable is designed for laying in ducts, conduits, collectors, tunnels, bridges and overpasses. Direct burial in soils (including frozen deformated soil) is also allowed.
Cable design
- Optical fibers (or fiber bundles) of different colors.
- Central polymer tube filled by waterblocking compound.
- Galvanized steel wire armoring, including hight-strength wires with tensile load no less than 1670 MPa.
- Inner PE sheath.
- Galvanized steel wire armoring, including hight-strength wires with tensile load no less than 1670 MPa.
- Outer PE sheath.
Armouring free space is filled with waterblocking compound.
