DP3 cable

dp2

Application

DP3 optical fiber cable is designed for direct burial in soil (including frozen deformated soil), laying in ducts, conduits, collectors, tunnels, bridges and overpasses.

Cable design

  1. Central strength member – GRP rod.
  2. Optical fibers of different colors.
  3. PBT tube filled by hydrophobic compound.
  4. Filler.
  5. Inner PE sheath.
  6. Galvanized steel wire armoring, including high-strength wires with tensile load no less than 1670 MPa.
  7. Galvanized steel wire armoring, including high-strength wires with tensile load no less than 1670 MPa.
  8. Outer PE sheath.

Armouring free space is filled with waterblocking compound.
