Application

DPOm hybrid optical fiber cable with insulated copper conductors is designed for cabining in special protective plastic pipes, inside buildings and tunnels, as well as for suspension on overhead lines with attachment to an external carrying elements (to cables, wires, etc.). Laying in the ducts, conduits, underground tunnels is also allowed.

Cable design

  1. Central strength member – GRP rod.
  2. Optical fibers of different colors.
  3. Polymer tube filled with hydrophobic compound or insulated copper wire.
  4. Filler (if needed).
  5. Outer PE sheath.

Inner space filled with hydrophobic compound or/and waterblocking materials.

DPOm cable has 6 or more stranding elements.
